Kitchen Cabinet DistributorsT exclusively uses Sherwin-Williams® premium paint and stains for finishing our cabinets.

Cabinets must be assembled unless the modification is PFG (prep for glass), FOFC or FPFI (paint interior of cabinet-flat pack ).

Mod price does not include the assembly cost.

Orders that include modifications without PAINT will be shipped within 7 business days once approval and payment have been received.

The paint coatings used in the manufacturing of our cabinets are formulated specifically for production on an inline finishing equipment at the time of production.

This process is important in manufacturing to provide exceptional coverage.

And durability but is not a process that is easily replicated outside of large-scale manufacturing.

The experts at Sherwin-Williams have worked to match their paints to KCDs cabinet colors.

And have made them available at any retail or commercial Sherwin-Williams store.

By taking the formulations below to any Sherwin-Williams retail or commercial store, experts will be able to assist in creating the paint.

Or stain that is the closest match to the KCD cabinet color.

Because the finishing process used in manufacturing is different than the finishing that may occur after the sale for trim, molding, or cabinet painting.

It is important to note that the formulations provided below are intended to be the most accurate match as recommended by color experts at Sherwin-Williams.

We recommend testing the color prior to painting by applying and drying a small amount to a sample chip prior to painting.

If the drawer front is not level you can raise/lower each side of the drawer front by adjusting the orange roller(s) on the plastic clips.

Located on the bottom of the drawer box, both right & left position.

If the drawer box is not square inside the cabinet causing the drawer front to NOT rest parallel to the face frame.

There are two solutions depending on the type of drawer sliders.

Premier Series uses etal, Under-Mount, Full Extension, Soft Close w/ Bearings.

The connection between the drawer slide and the rear bracket is selft-adjusting side-to-side up to 3/8".

Value/Taylor Series uses Exposy/Vinyl, Side-Mount, 3/4 Extension, w/Nylon Rollers.

The connection between the drawer slide and the rear bracket can be manually adjusted side-to-side up to 1/2".

It is hightly recommended that ALL cabinet orers include both a Touch Up Kit and Spraycan.

Touch Up Kits include a Wax stick to fill scratches, nick or dents.

And abraisive pad & scraper to clean off excess wax and a paint pain or stain maker.
